For standard products and customised OEM/ODM projects, we apply practical inspection procedures based on the product type, configuration, and project requirements.
Quality Control Throughout Production
Our quality process includes key checks before, during, and after production:
Incoming inspection of displays, touch panels, PCBs, power supplies, enclosures, cables, and other major components
Verification of approved materials and configured components before assembly
Process inspection during mechanical assembly, wiring, integration, and finishing
Functional testing of display performance, touch response, power operation, interfaces, network connectivity, and system functions
Cosmetic inspection for screen condition, enclosure finish, labels, logos, and overall appearance
Mechanical checks for dimensions, mounting points, assemblies, and accessories
Final product inspection before packaging and shipment
Packaging verification to help protect products during transportation
Functional Testing
Every display project has different functional priorities. Testing can be aligned with the agreed product configuration and application needs.
Depending on the product, functional checks may include:
Screen brightness, colour display, backlight operation, and image quality
Touch accuracy, response, and multi-touch performance
Android, Linux, or Windows system startup and basic operation
HDMI, USB, LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RS232, and other interface functions
Audio, camera, scanner, printer, NFC, RFID, or other integrated peripherals
Power stability and system restart performance
Basic aging or burn-in testing when required by the project
Installation and mounting compatibility checks for customised products

Customised display projects require additional attention because the final product may include application-specific hardware, software, structural, or branding requirements.
Before mass production, we work with customers to confirm key project details, including:
Approved product drawings and dimensions
Display and touch specifications
Mainboard and operating system configuration
Interface and peripheral requirements
Enclosure finish, logo placement, and labelling
Packaging requirements and accessory lists
